All print files must be scaled to print size. Graphics that do not meet our guidelines might not be printed correctly.
- Remember to remove all backgrounds.
- Prints on white garments will not contain a white base unless otherwise specified.
- Please be advised that we cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy if the files have not been adjusted using our DTG color swatches for color correction.
- Transparencies do not translate well in DTG printing. We advise that all colors remain solid.
- Simply typing in a new resolution into the file will not result in a higher resolution print.
- If placement is of high importance to you, please review our guidelines and ensure you have placed and sized your graphics to the desired dimensions/ placement. We cannot guarantee placement otherwise.
